The purpose of this proposal is to outline how we can gather traffic through SEO and PPC. We will also incorporate automating touchpoints after a lead is submitted (building a funnel)

The General Strategy Layout

Month 2: SEO Enhancement and CRM Implementation

  • SEO Strategy for Online Shop: Intensify SEO efforts for the e-commerce platform to capture more leads and conversions through strategic keyword targeting and content marketing.
  • CRM Implementation: Deploy a customer relationship management system to automate essential marketing functions such as sending reminder texts, requesting reviews, and nurturing leads. This automation will streamline operations and enhance customer engagement.

Month 3: Finalization and Evaluation Preparation

  • SEO and CRM Finalization: Complete the fine-tuning of SEO and CRM setups to ensure optimal performance and readiness for ongoing digital marketing efforts.
  • Preparation for Month 4 Evaluation: Set benchmarks and prepare analytical tools to assess the impact of the newly implemented strategies.

Month 4: Comprehensive Evaluation and Future Planning

  • Evaluation of Implemented Strategies: Analyze the effectiveness of e-commerce, SEO, and CRM strategies based on predefined metrics to gauge success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Long-term Digital Strategy Formulation: Depending on the evaluation, discuss ongoing support and management options. This includes maintaining SEO, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, web management, reputation management, and CRM at current pricing or transitioning to a maintenance plan that includes web management and CRM for a reduced fee.
