Hi again, Jason! Thank you for letting me put this together. I'm going to suggest a Google and Bing campaign (both SEO & PPC). We will also cover how we can cover re-targeting on Google and social media. The proposal will also cover site maintenance, security, and general web adjustments.

Goals & objectives

If we decide to go with the marketing package it is a bundled price for both locations, but I have each service itemized as well. The rest of this proposal will primarily focus on digital marketing & post launch

The General Strategy Layout
  • General Site Security, Hosting, Adjustments ($129) - This includes the site security (SSL), the domain, monthly web edits, and web hosting
  • Bi-Weekly Strategy Calls - We will have one call at the beginning of each month and one call at the end. One call is for strategy the other call will include reporting.
  • Google/Bing Search & Display (329.00/location) - We can run Pay Per Click campaigns on keywords that we want to start ranking for but aren't currently . Our ad shows as a top search result and we pay per click. The terms and concept you may be familiar with. What is not as common is the SKAG strategy (Single Keyword Ad Groups). More information on this below.
  • SEO (649.00) - This is done through content, title tags, meta-descriptions, etc.. In short, it's structuring and building out a website that Google deems valuable to the visitor. We will develop these tags, descriptions, and monitor our rankings and performance. Many of the times this comes from good, keyword focused, content. I like to call Google an "information fetcher", so we want them to present our content and information first.
  • Re-Targeting ($129) - After our initial traffic build up we can direct visitors back to our site. These are the ads that seem to "follow us around the internet" (more below).
  • Lead Automation - We will have a viewer submit information and that data will go through to a CRM (customer relationship management) or spreadsheet (e.g. automate marketing communications on sign up/scheduling). More information on lead automation below.
Part II - The Solution
The Solution

This section will provide a solution to generating and converting web traffic through our each of our lead sources.

Search Strategy

We can run Pay Per Click campaigns on less competitive keywords. For example, we wouldn't want to bid on "las vegas HVAC", because it's highly competitive with a CPC of 17.00 dollars. However, "Lennox furnace repair" has over 320 searches per month with a CPC of 6.21 (this one term brings https://nrs.vegas 110 visitors per month). We can make our ad show as a top search result and we pay per click for services we want to put a little push behind. I can cross reference what we would like to promote and what keywords are workable. We can do this with a SKAG strategy (Single Keyword Ad Groups). SKAGS are ad groups designed with a one-to-one relationship between the root keyword and the ad. For example, let's say you search "Lennox repair near me" the ad will reference exactly that, and send them somewhere specifically for Lennox Repair (https://nrs.vegas/info/lennox-ac-repair-and-replacement-service). The idea is to have dynamic keyword insertion for what the visitor is interested in, a one to one relationship between a search term and the ad presented. We can do this with 100s, sometimes 1000s, of keywords.

Social Strategy

This strategy targets specific people with personalized messages. Whether it be email addresses, phone numbers, or even user IDs, we can pull a list of contacts from your CRM or wherever your customer data is stored, upload it, and target people with ads that are relevant to where they are within our funnel. We can also run lead generation forms on these ads. This makes it possible to fill out a form or call without leaving the native platform of Facebook or Instagram. We can target homeowners and custom audiences. We can also retarget on SM to people who have already visited our site (this is one form of re-targeting)

Market Place Optimization

We can retarget on Google's Display Network. We will target people who have taken action on the site. This is done through cookies. You have probably seen Google Display Ads when on a resourceful website (e.g. Business Insider). On the sides of articles you may see an ad for something you were on the other day, this is the display network.

I like to breakout display campaigns according to where the visitor is at in our funnel. Many of times their actions on the site can tell you where they are in the funnel. Here is an example

1.) Someone was on our site for less than 5 minutes

2.) Someone was on our site for more than 5 minutes

3.) Someone filled out a form, but never answered the phone.
