Spooky's Pizza

Jul 7, 2022

Hi, Bob! I've put together a game plan for a website that is modern, user friendly, and able to accept online orders.

Goals & objectives

Cater a digital experience for those looking for pizza in and around Dalles, Oregon. The site will include a home page, about page, an area to online order, and a general contact page. We will design a site that we will be able to add different collections if we'd like as well (e.g. events or announcements).

Key Components of the Build

Site Pages

  • Home Page - Eye catching, overview of company, commonly bought items, and pushes towards the next step (to order online)
  • About - We can give info on the history of Spooky's and a team portion if applicable. This will help build credibility
  • Contact - General contact page with CTA
  • Gallery - This will hold pictures of Spooky's
  • CMS for "Latest News" - I noticed you had announcements on the current site. We will have this same page, but with space between each announcement.
  • Page For Online Ordering - This would connect to your online menu through an embed

Other Key Components

  • Image Optimization - Reducing the file size of your images as much as possible without sacrificing quality and putting in alt-text (helpful for SEO)
  • SEO Focused - We will build the website after detailed keyword research. We want to see what people are searching for in the area.
Part II - The Solution
The Solution

We will build the website to encourage online ordering. The site will also include a home, about, announcements, gallery, and contact page.

Content Management Systems (CMS)

CMS is typically used for enterprise content management and web content management. CMS will be used for our galleries, latest news, and the embed for the menu items. We want to be able to update this content seamlessly and easily edit after launch. The CMS will allow us to do that. I would design a webpage one time that gets populated dynamically by a database. That database will have collections titled "Latest News" & "Latest Event Images" where a Spooky's employee(s) can update the site without the need of a web developer.

Tracking For Strong Analytics To Improve ROI

Development Includes the Following Integrations

GTM, Analytics, & Social Pixels- Snippets of code to track valuable user data. This snippet of JavaScript collects demographics, performance data for your websites and ads, and other actionable data.

Full Story - Full Story is a tag that enables Google Tag Manager to capture visitors interactions with our website (Video Recording).

Automation For Scalability & Growth

Inquiry - I recommend using a CRM (e.g. HubSpot) , but we can also build an integration that is compatible with a spreadsheet or possibly your current CRM. You can automate this for conversions and scaling promo emails and deals.
