Hey, Rachel! Let's jump right in (round 2). We need to make a site that is able to collect leads through two primary call to actions (more below). We can also include a blog for keyword and future marketing purposes.

Goals & objectives

The primary purpose of the site is to gain leads and possibly provide educational resources (I know you said you wanted to start marketing a bit more). We can do this by having a simple CMS, a home page, and 2 "splash" or conversion pages.

Key Components of the Build
  • Lead Automation to a CRM - We will have a viewer submit information (e.g. email) and that data will go through to a CRM or spreadsheet (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Strong CTA's - I'd like to implement two calls to action on site based off of our competitors. We can offer a guide (which we can generate off the material you send over) and we can offer a complementary evaluation/discovery call. These two CTA's can lead to two different pages so we can test their effectiveness.
  • Back-end System (Tech term is "CMS") With Collections For Content- We want to have control of content through the use of a database rather than making a static site.
  • Animations – We will use subtle animations for attention grabbers. Animations are used to guide a user’s eyes to a certain part of the screen. I believe we can improve the current animations to be able to predict the users journey. The layout will just use animation as a way to encourage certain behavior.
  • SEO Focused - We will build the website after some keyword research. The email has the SEMrush report attached. In short, the goal is to analyze what people are searching for in the industry, and then capitalize on those terms.
Part II - The Solution
The Solution

Developing a website that has two lead generating calls to action/conversion pages. One will be for a medical billing/coding guide that encourages third party services, the other will be a free evaluation/consultation/discover call/etc.

Content Management Systems (CMS)

CMS (Which stands for Content Management System) is typically used for enterprise content management and web content management for media and e-commerce websites. We can use the concept of a simple CMS for Premier Billing to utilize content. The CMS will have a custom back-end, meaning editors can edit without web knowledge. I know you said you are running with a smaller team, so the CMS will enable you to add, edit, and delete posts on the site without needing a web developer (at least for quickly scaling content for something like blogs)

Tracking For Strong Analytics To Improve ROI

Site Development Includes the Following Integrations

Google Tag Manager, Analytics, & Social Pixels- Snippets of code to track valuable user data. This snippet of JavaScript collects demographics, performance data for our website and ads, and other actionable data.

Full Story - Full Story is a tag that enables Google Tag Manager to capture visitors interactions with our website (Video Recording).

Automation For Scalability & Growth

I recommend using a customer relationship management system (e.g. HubSpot), but we can also build an integration that is compatible with a spreadsheet. When people inquire online all order activity can be automated. Once they are in our CRM we can utilize communications. Even if they "pay" you their email in exchange for content there should be opportunity to provide a monetary value in that.
