Hey Cody, Here is the breakdown. I know that Think Ink will be spearhead branding and Brad will handle the technical end of the website. We need to make a site with a CMS back-end for content/blogging/events/lessons/etc, integration of GymMaster, and e-commerce accessible for an e-commerce launch.

Goals & objectives

The primary purpose of the site is to generate leads and general awareness through a scheduling site that includes galleries, events, and compelling content for the local sports community.

Key Components of the Build
  • Back-end System (Tech term is "CMS") With Collections For Content- We want you to have control of podcasts, blogs, vlogs, galleries, etc. without the need of web knowledge.
  • Back-end System For Special Events - We can design a page that pulls from a database of special events. This way you can fill in the content of sponsored events and it automatically generates a web-page with that content.
  • Lead Automation - We will have a viewer submit information (e.g. email) and that data will go through to a CRM or spreadsheet (e.g. automate marketing communications on sign up). More information on lead automation below.
  • In-Browser Editing - This means you will be able to edit text, events, products, and more directly from your browser to publish changes in real-time. We will provide a complete training manual on how to utilize in-browser editing.
  • Custom Animations – We will use subtle animations for attention grabbers. Animations are used to guide a user’s eyes to a certain part of the screen. You do this to encourage a certain behavior. We will marry the concept of this psychology of web development and the branding guide that is developed when making the animations.     
  • SEO Focused - We will build the website after detailed keyword research (as we discussed). We want to see what people are searching for in the industry. There should be a couple SEMrush reports attached to the email that this proposal was in.
Part II - The Solution
The Solution

Developing a website that has several collections within a database to make generating content seamless and scalable. We need to integrate our scheduling system (done through GymMaster). We will also make it possible to incorporate an E-commerce collection for merchandise and other goods to be prepared for that.

Content Management Systems (CMS)

CMS (Which stands for Content Management System) is typically used for enterprise content management and web content management for media and e-commerce websites. We can do this for product listing pages, events pages, galleries, content, and more. All CMS systems will have a custom back-end, meaning editors can edit without web knowledge. The CMS system will enable you to control, add, edit, and delete what is displayed on the site. The ability to quickly build content will help us build relative keywords for SEO goals (More on this below).

Site Development Includes the Following Integrations

Google Tag Manager, Analytics, & Social Pixels- Snippets of code to track valuable user data. This snippet of JavaScript collects demographics, performance data for your websites and ads, and other actionable data.

Full Story - Full Story is a tag that enables Google Tag Manager to capture visitors interactions with your website (screen recording your user's session).

Shipping Tracking & Integration - Once we are ready for E-commerce we will build out the shopping carts to include all shopping, accounts, and shipping activity.

Automation For Scalability & Growth

We recommend using a customer relationship management system (aka CRM), but we can also build an integration that is compatible with a spreadsheet. When people inquire online all order activity will be automated. Once they are in your CRM we can automate Email & SMS strategy . You are able to automate marketing efforts such as sending a welcome email, a newsletter, or an automated reminder. This is important for our E-commerce launch as well. It guarantees a base, traffic, and ultimately sales. Even if they "pay" you their email in exchange for awesome content there will be a monetary value in that. In the meantime we don't want to tie up your time in dealing with the email correspondence, customer management, etc. This is where we can use automation.
