This project aims to improve NBT’s user experience by streamlining registration, boosting SEO, and increasing engagement with teams, coaches, and sponsors. Over 90 days, we’ll develop a long-term digital strategy for sustained growth.

  • Google Business Profile (GBP): Updated info, images, messaging, and regular tournament announcements.

Critical  Adjustments

To improve NBT’s user experience and SEO performance, the website will undergo key design and structural improvements:

  • Contrast & Readability: Enhancing color contrast for better visibility, ensuring text and CTAs stand out for improved usability and accessibility.
  • Mobile Optimization: Refining the layout for seamless navigation on all devices, making registration, schedules, and tournament details easily accessible.
  • Text-Based Content Optimization: Reducing reliance on images for key information to improve SEO and searchability. Tournament details, schedules, and FAQs will be formatted as text to enhance web indexing and user experience.

Phase 2: SEO & Digital Marketing (Month 2)

  • SEO Strategy: Targeting terms like “Nevada Youth Baseball Tournaments” & “Las Vegas Travel Baseball.”
  • Content Development: Tournament highlights, blogs, and landing pages by age/skill level.
  • Chatbot & Social Media: AI chatbot for FAQs, GBP updates, and daily player/team highlights.

Phase 3: Performance Tracking & Optimization (Month 3)

  • Analytics & UX: Monitoring registration trends, conversion rates, and engagement.

Automation For Scalability & Growth
