Miomi Productions' new website will provide a seamless shopping experience for both wholesale and retail customers, offering a wide range of event commodities and accessories. Content Management Systems (CMS)
CMS (Which stands for Content Management System) is typically used for enterprise content management and web content management, e-commerce, and for media websites. We can use the concept of a CMS for our project. The CMS will be on Webflows back-end, meaning we can edit and add pages as the site and business grows. If a new product emerges or a new opportunity arises you could generate a webpage from our backend, rather than making a new webpage. We can have a collection for lead generation pages (how it is now), a collection for products (e-commerce), and for operational pieces. I have clients use CMS systems to develop media pages, press releases, test results, and more.

We will have the ability to send contacts to a CRM. This is something MD can help set up, or provide resources on how to do so. I recommend using the customer relationship management system - LeadConnect. When people inquire online all lead activity can be automated. We can also automate emails to stay in touch with leads and customers. This will make it possible to keep manhours the same as you scale the business. This may not be too critical now, but as the business grows you'll want a site that can adapt and scale around automation.
