Design and development of a new website with 150 SKUs, user-friendly navigation, category segmentation (e.g., weddings, corporate events), and seamless integration for both wholesale and direct-to-consumer sales.

Key Components of the Project

User-Friendly Design:

  1. A modern, responsive website design ensuring a seamless experience on all devices.
  2. Intuitive navigation for easy product discovery, ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience for customers.
  3. Developing an E-commerce site over a Lead Gen Site

Product Catalog:

  1. A robust catalog featuring 150 SKUs, with seamless capability to add more.
  2. Products categorized by event types such as weddings, corporate events, and more.
  3. Products categorized by type of product (cup, bag, etc.)
  4. Products can be in one or many categories

Shopping Cart and Checkout:

  1. A secure and user-friendly shopping cart system.
  2. Streamlined checkout process with multiple payment options to enhance conversion rates.

Wholesale Portal:

  1. A dedicated portal for wholesale customers, providing them with tailored pricing, bulk ordering capabilities, and personalized support.
  2. This would be on a subdomain, and could potentially be password protected.

Search Functionality:

  1. A powerful search feature to help customers find products quickly by keywords, categories, or SKU numbers.
  2. With 150 SKUs and multiple categories a good ol' fashioned search engine will be implemented

Content Management System (CMS) for Lead Gen (Wholesale) AND E-commerce (Retails:

  1. Easy-to-use CMS for Miomi Productions to manage product listings, update content, and add new products as needed.
  2. Think of this as best of both worlds. We will build out in a way where a product can be switched to the E-commerce side, the Lead Generation side, or both.

Integration:

  1. Integration with secure payment gateways to process transactions seamlessly.
  2. Integration with shipping and inventory management systems to automate order processing.

Responsive (and automated) Support:

  1. Contact forms and chat support to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product recommendations.
  2. We can help out with the CRM development as well.

Part II - The Solution
The Game Plan

Miomi Productions' new website will provide a seamless shopping experience for both wholesale and retail customers, offering a wide range of event commodities and accessories. With a user-friendly design, robust catalog, and efficient order processing, we aim to boost online sales and establish Miomi Productions as a trusted source for paper retail & event-related products.

Content Management Systems (CMS)

CMS (Which stands for Content Management System) is typically used for enterprise content management and web content management, e-commerce, and for media websites. We can use the concept of a CMS for our project. The CMS will be on Webflows back-end, meaning we can edit and add pages as the site and business grows. If a new product emerges or a new opportunity arises you could generate a webpage from our backend, rather than making a new webpage. We can have a collection for lead generation pages (how it is now), a collection for products (e-commerce), and for operational pieces. I have clients use CMS systems to develop media pages, press releases, test results, and more.

Tracking For Strong Analytics To Improve ROI

Site Development Includes the Following Integrations

Google Tag Manager, Analytics, & Social Pixels- Snippets of code to track valuable user data. This snippet of JavaScript collects demographics, performance data for our website and ads, and other actionable data.

Full Story - Full Story is a tag that enables Google Tag Manager to capture visitors interactions with our website (Video Recording).

Automation For Scalability & Growth

We will have the ability to send contacts to a CRM. This is something MD can help set up, or provide resources on how to do so. I recommend using the customer relationship management system - LeadConnect. When people inquire online all lead activity can be automated. We can also automate emails to stay in touch with leads and customers. This will make it possible to keep manhours the same as you scale the business. This may not be too critical now, but as the business grows you'll want a site that can adapt and scale around automation.
