McManus Auctions believes that they have the potential to reach even more customers and generate more sales online. Therefore, they have approached us to create a third-party marketplace that will allow other vendors to sell their items through their website.

  • Our goal is to create a user-friendly and visually appealing multi-vendor store that is easy for customers to navigate.
  • We want to incorporate features such as search filters, shopping carts, payment options, and email notifications.
  • We want to make it possible for users to upload their products while still using Shopifys backend (without accessing our financial records, store design, etc.)
  • We propose that the multi-vendor store be developed on a fully managed hosted platform, which includes the full integration of necessary third-party applications.
  • All vendors must have the ability to register and manage their accounts easily and efficiently.
  • The website will be optimized for mobile and desktop use, ensuring that customers can easily browse and purchase products from any device.

  • The design of the website will be mobile responsive, so it can be accessed seamlessly on all devices.
  • The website will have a clean and modern aesthetic that showcases the items for sale.

  • The website will have a homepage that displays featured items and vendors.
  • It will also have a search bar that allows customers to find specific products or vendors.
  • Admin can set global commission & can also set separate commission for sellers.
  • Seller can have their own ‘Profile Page’ on the store.

  • The budget will include the cost of hosting, domain name registration, platform licensing fees, development and design fees, BUT NOT any third-party integrations.
  • You would be paying $450 dollars/year to enable Shopify's Multi-Vendor feature

The Solution

Create an online marketplace that allows multiple vendors to sell their products or services through a single platform. These websites provide a platform to vendors who do not have their online store and want to sell their products through an already established platform.

Content Management Systems (CMS)

CMS (Which stands for Content Management System) is typically used for enterprise content management and web content management for media websites. We can use the concept of a simple CMS for our project. The CMS will be on shopifys back-end, meaning we can edit and add pages as the site and business grows. If a new product emerges or a new opportunity arises you could generate a webpage from shopifys backend, rather than making a new webpage.

Tracking For Strong Analytics To Improve ROI

Site Development Includes the Following Integrations

Google Tag Manager, Analytics, & Social Pixels- Snippets of code to track valuable user data. This snippet of JavaScript collects demographics, performance data for our website and ads, and other actionable data.

Automation For Scalability & Growth

Inquiry - I recommend using a CRM , but we can also build an integration that is compatible with a spreadsheet or possibly your current CRM. Once they are in our CRM we can automate Email & SMS strategy. You are able to automate marketing efforts such as sending a welcome email, a newsletter, or an automated reminders for appointments. This is where we can use automation to save thousands of hours in time.
