Hey Ernest and Ismael! After our meeting I understand we are going after investors. It is also my belief that a homeowner that is making a change is our target. That change is ideally in their property management, but if they sell their home that seems to be of value to us as well. I have found a competitive position that is detailed below under "General Approach"

Our proposal aims to create a visually stunning and user-friendly website that reflects Landbank's expertise on how investors can maximize their ROI. This site will be user friendly for website visitors and geared towards investors.

Website Overview:

General Approach:

  • Help Investors Make Informed Decisions: Provide a call to action to guide investors to consult with an expert regarding a strategy for their property. We ask a handful of general questions through a form that guides the investor to either rent, sell, or consult with Landbank. A selling agent would encourage us to sell. A property manager would encourage us to rent. Landbank will come from an approach of consulting with an expert on if you should sell or rent out your house. This is our differentiation point and where we can rank for transactional key terms such as "should i sell or rent out my house"
  • Establish Expertise in Las Vegas Real Estate with a "Concentration" in property management: Demonstrate your commitment to the investor in the Las Vegas market, focusing on helping investors navigate their options between buying, selling, or a mixture of the two.
  • The Idea is To Generate Leads: This idea to sell, rent, or consult is a call-to-action to get an owner of a home on the phone with Landbank.

Home Page:

  • Hero Section: Engaging visuals highlighting investor success. For example, showcasing properties that have excellent returns while being 100% passive.
  • Introduction: Brief overview of your expertise in helping property owners make smart decisions, for renting, selling, or coming up with a plan that consists of the two. (e.g. let's rent for 2 years, and sell at the estimated peak)
  • Services (3 Categories): Property Management, Selling Your Home, Maximizing Returns
  • Buying/Renting - A secondary purpose of the website
  • Resources (3 Categories): Selling Your Home, Managing Your Home, Investing in Las Vegas. This will help us rank on specific key terms.
  • Testimonials: Showcase feedback from satisfied investors to build credibility and trust.

Service Pages:

  • Renting Your Property: Outline the benefits of renting for steady income. The biggest being it is passive income with our full-service property management offerings. This can break down into subcategories based on key terms.
  • Selling Your Property: Provide detailed information on selling services, including guidance on timing the sale for maximum return.
  • Maximizing Returns with Landbank: Encourage visitors to contact you for personalized insights and tailored strategies to optimize returns.

Resource Pages:

  • Selling Your Home: These will be resources and blog posts dedicated to keywords regarding selling based inquiries "e.g. how much value does a pool add to my home"
  • Managing Your Property: These will be resources and blog posts dedicated to keywords regarding managing your home "e.g. my tenant went to jail, what do i do?"
  • Investing in Vegas: These will be resources and blog posts dedicated to keywords regarding out of state investing "e.g. how is the Las Vegas rental market for investors"

Development Process:

  1. Week 1) Discovery Phase:
    • Understand your target audience, investor needs, and property market trends.

    • Review competitors' traffic and the SEO competitive landscape
    • Create branding guidelines for site
  2. Week 2) Design and Development:
    • Creation of wireframes and mockups on stage domain, starting with the home page.

CMS stands for Content Management System. It's simply a system that manages content! It is typically used for enterprise content management and web content management. We will utilize CMS for our portfolio, service, and resources pages, allowing us to seamlessly update and easily edit the content after launch. The CMS will enable us to design a webpage once and have it dynamically populated by a database. This is critical for doing SEO at scale and making it effective. Tracking For Strong Analytics To Improve ROI

Development Includes the Following Integrations

Google Tag Manager, Analytics, & Social Pixels- Snippets of code to track valuable user data. This snippet of JavaScript collects demographics, performance data for your websites and ads, and other actionable data.

Automation For Scalability & Growth

Inquiry - I recommend using a CRM , such as LeadConnect. Once they are in our CRM we can automate Email & SMS strategy. Our CRM could automate text messaging campaigns, social media postings, etc. We should be streamlining communications such as appointment reminders, new lead follow ups, etc. For example, I filled out our current form but did not receive anything. You can tailor marketing messages, deliver relevant content, and engage with clients and leads in an automated fashion.
