Hi Joy! Thank you for having me put this together. This will cover website updates. I'd suggest updating the site before putting money and effort into advertising. I'm not sure where you want to start, but site updates would be my suggestion.

Goals & objectives

Develop a dynamic website that will enable us to make specific landing pages for specific campaigns that revolve around higher-margin/ticket items (e.g. For Fitness Coaches)

Key Components of the Build
  • Fully Responsive and Modern - The design approach is modern and responsive.
  • Scheduling & Lead Automation - We could have a customer submit information and that data can go through to a CRM or spreadsheet. I'd suggest Hubspot. You can use Hubspot as a repository for leads.
  • In-Browser Editing - This means you'll be able to edit text, content, dates, and more directly from your browser to publish changes in real-time.
  • SEO Focused - We will build the website after detailed keyword research. We can start by looking to see where competitors are getting traffic and how much traffic they are getting for each keyword (I'll run this report for you on the house, I just need your competitors)
  • Subscription based or E-commerce - For gated content I'd suggest Member Stack ( If you sold your product as a digital good I'd suggest making a robust and descriptive product page for your courses.
  • CMS system that breaks down types of coaches/professions/etc - This strategy will be more effective if you have a dynamic site that you could easily generate a landing page for a specific campaign. This way you can send an ad directly to the relevant landing page. With a CMS (content management system) this is a very easy task (e.g. - /las-vegas/fitness/coach-and-leadership-training).
  • CMS for content - We want to make a system where you can utilize your content. Whether this is in the form of text, audio, or video - we want to make a system that you can update content whenever you want.
Part II - The Solution
The Solution

I recommend building out a more robust E-commerce platform and using a CMS to have multiple pages that are catered to your most valuable demographics.

Content Management Systems (CMS)

CMS is typically used for enterprise content management and web content management for e-commerce websites. I can do this for product listing pages, categories, resources, and more. All CMS systems will have a custom back-end, meaning editors can edit without web knowledge. The CMS system will enable you to control, add, edit, and delete what is displayed on the site. If you want to build content (e.g. blogging) we can use a database for this as well (no extra development costs). The ability to quickly build content will help you build relative keywords for SEO goals.

Tracking For Strong Analytics To Improve ROI

Google Tag Manager, Analytics, & Social Pixels- Snippets of code to track valuable user data. This snippet of JavaScript collects demographics, performance data for your websites and ads, and other actionable data.

Full Story - Full Story is a tag that enables Google Tag Manager to capture visitors interactions with your website (Video Recording).

Automation For Scalability & Growth

I would like our automation strategy to be based on a funnel of low-ticket items to larger ticket-items. I'd also like to automate a "teaser" strategy. We will work together to formulate this strategy, but for example, you can give a 30 minute video teaser to your leadership training, or 3 weeks of the 52 week class for free. There is much more on this in the document attached to the email
