Create a website that promotes Jay Matos as a public figure, speaker, lobbyist, and politician. The purpose is to create an online presence that will enhance your visibility, credibility, and reach.

Main Objectives of The Website

  • Create a compelling and visually appealing website to showcase public speaking and political/community involvement
  • Develop a personal brand, credentials, and achievements.
  • Provide an easy-to-navigate platform that effectively communicates your societal views, policy recommendations, and advocacy initiatives, and public speaking.
  • Develop a website that positively engages the visitor, fosters interaction and feedback, and encourages the growth of a loyal community.

Website Pages (5 + CMS for Blogs)

  • Home Page - Visually dynamic landing page that presents a cohesive brand image, with easy access to key sections of the website. Main CTA is "Book Jay"
  • About Page - Detailed bio that highlights your qualifications, experience, and accomplishments, along with testimonials from prominent figures in the industry.
  • Booking Page - Outlines the services such as speaking engagements ,consulting, and advocacy representation. We can provide details on the types of services offered and the benefits/price of each (if you'd like)
  • Media Page - Provides insightful commentary on the latest political events, trends, and policy issues, leveraging multimedia content and social media integration. It will also include guest posts from other experts if you choose that route. We can include speeches, interviews, and demonstrations.
  • Contact Page - A simple contact form that allows visitors to request more information, ask questions, or book services.

Micro Conversion For B2B (A resource or guide/free consult/etc.)

  • Remember the Yes Rule - Remember if people say yes once they are exponentially more likely to say yes again (same applies to no). It is important for the visitor’s first answer to be a yes (which is especially challenging for high-involvement services) Below are some ways we can build micro-conversions without much effort in order for the first answer to be YES!
  • Some examples could be offering a free resource or maybe a "cast your vote" on political issues.
  • We can help develop out this strategy further, but we will build the site to encourage a goal or conversion.

Other Key Components

  • Lead Automation - We will have a viewer submit information and that data will go through to a CRM (customer relationship management) or spreadsheet (e.g. automate marketing communications on sign up/scheduling). More information on lead automation below.

The Solution

The website will be built in a way to promote Jay's services and showcase him as a thought leader. We will design the website with a modern feel and clear navigation.

Content Management Systems (CMS)

CMS is typically used for enterprise content management and web content management. CMS will be used for a dynamic resource center. We want to be able to update this content seamlessly and easily edit after launch. The CMS will allow us to do that. I would design a webpage one time that gets populated dynamically by a database.

Google Tag Manager, Analytics, & Social Pixels- Snippets of code to track valuable user data. This snippet of JavaScript collects demographics, performance data for your websites and ads, and other actionable data.

Automation For Scalability & Growth

Inquiry - I recommend using a CRM , but we can also build an integration that is compatible with a spreadsheet or possibly your current CRM. Once they are in our CRM we can automate Email & SMS strategy. You are able to automate marketing efforts such as sending a welcome email, a newsletter, or an automated reminders for appointments. This is where we can use automation to save thousands of hours in time.

We can automate your scheduling process. Someone can book a time with you linked to whatever calendar you are currently using.
