George Salas Website

Mar 8, 2023

Hi, George! I've put together a game plan for a website that can highlight you as an investor, similar to Pace Morby. We can definitely do a one page site with an area to collect sign ups. There are a few other ideas I've jotted down below.

Goals & objectives

Cater a digital experience to compliment what you are doing for real estate investors. The site will simply compliment the efforts you are putting in to meet investors and gather funds for investing.

Key Components of the Build

General Key Components

  • If you wanted a static one-page resume like site the cost would be $800 and build time would be 7-10 days
  • If you wanted a dynamic site that you can add in past deals, etc. the cost would be $600 deposit, $600 at launch and build time would be 2-3 weeks.

Site Pages/Components

  • Home Page - Eye catching, overview of services, pushes to next step (sign up list). Our home page will also serve as an about page as that is the primary purpose of the website.
  • CMS (Content Management System) Pages For Past Deals. This will make it possible to right blurbs about past deals with a CTA of "Be Apart of The Next One"
  • Form of Contact - General contact page with CTA (possibly a scheduling system).
  • Lead Collection - We can use sign ups and leads as goal conversions to track the effectiveness of any campaigns you may do in the future.

Micro Conversion (A resource or guide/get notifications.)

  • For this site our micro-conversion is the conversion of the site.
  • Remember the Yes Rule - Remember if people say yes once they are exponentially more likely to say yes again (same applies to no). It is important for the visitor’s first answer to be a yes.
Part II - The Solution
The Solution

We will accomplish our objective by developing a website that displays George's expertise and provides an opportunity for visitors to become apart of the success.

Content Management Systems (CMS)

CMS is typically used for enterprise content management and web content management. CMS will be used for past deals and resource pages that will help personalize our user experience. We want to be able to update this content seamlessly and easily edit after launch. The CMS will allow us to do that. I would design a webpage one time that gets populated dynamically by a database. This is what we would use for past deals/case studies/etc.

Tracking For Strong Analytics To Improve ROI

Development Includes the Following Integrations

Google Tag Manager, Analytics, & Social Pixels- Snippets of code to track valuable user data. This snippet of JavaScript collects demographics, performance data for your websites and ads, and other actionable data.

Full Story - Full Story is a tag that enables Google Tag Manager to capture visitors interactions with our website (Video Recording).

Automation For Scalability & Growth

Inquiry - I recommend using a CRM , but we can also build an integration that is compatible with a spreadsheet. Once they are in our CRM we can automate Email & SMS strategy. We offer a CRM as well that we could automate text messaging campaigns, social media postings, etc. If I can be of help here, I'm happy to do so.
