Hello Gentleman! Thank you for having me put this together. This will cover a phase 1 of a website. I understand that we will work towards our original proposal with a scheduling system, but immediate site updates may be needed.

Goals & objectives

Develop a dynamic website that will enable us to present each vehicle in a showroom with a lead form where people can choose their location.

Key Components of the Build
  • Fully Responsive and Modern - The design approach is modern and responsive.
  • Scheduling & Lead Automation - We could have a customer submit information and that data can go through to a CRM or spreadsheet. I'd suggest Hubspot. You can use Hubspot as a repository for leads as we wait to get the scheduling system.
  • In-Browser Editing - This means you'll be able to edit text, content, dates, and more directly from your browser to publish changes in real-time.
  • SEO Focused - We will build the website after detailed keyword research. We can start by looking to see where competitors are getting traffic and how much traffic they are getting for each keyword (I'll run this report for you on the house, I just need your competitors)
  • CMS system that breaks down types of vehicles - This strategy will be more effective if you have a dynamic site that you could easily generate a landing page for a specific vehicle where users can choose their location.

I recommend building out a more user friendly and modern website that will use a CMS to have multiple pages that are catered to your most valuable vehicle types.

Content Management Systems (CMS)

CMS is typically used for enterprise content management and web content management for e-commerce websites. We can do this for vehicle listing pages, locations, , and a later date even more aspects such as content, occasions, etc.. All CMS systems will have a custom back-end, meaning editors can edit without web knowledge and those collections can grow at anytime. The CMS system will enable you to control, add, edit, and delete what is displayed on the site.

Tracking For Strong Analytics To Improve ROI

Google Tag Manager, Analytics, & Social Pixels- Snippets of code to track valuable user data. This snippet of JavaScript collects demographics, performance data for your websites and ads, and other actionable data.

Full Story - Full Story is a tag that enables Google Tag Manager to capture visitors interactions with your website (Video Recording).

Automation For Scalability & Growth

Automation will really be in Phase 2. We've built out real-time scheduling systems that needed virtual meetings, payment processors, Google Calendar, Outlook, and more integrated within the scheduling system. We will set up email automation that would remind prospects their reservation and send them through to a CRM or spreadsheet. More information on this is attached in our original proposal.
