Hey Donna Marie! Let's jump right in :). We need to make a site with a back-end for content that is catered more towards lead generation while remaining a valuable resource/credibility tool.

Goals & objectives

The primary purpose of the site is to target several sectors of MLM and umbrella them under a unified brand. We can do this with the concept of a CMS, it'll just need to be a bit more robust.

Key Components of the Build
  • Back-end System (Tech term is "CMS") With Collections For Content- We want you to have control of podcasts, blogs, vlogs, galleries, etc. without the need of web knowledge.
  • CMS "Collections" will include - hall of fame pages, association content, events, resources (blogs, media, etc.)
  • This will rely heavily on reference fields (when a collection has a 1:1 relationship) and multi-reference field (when you need to reference multiple categories/connections). This enables us to have a database that is populating multiple areas of the site.
  • For example, if a virtual event is open to the public it would have a reference field of "public" or if the the virtual event is only for the association the reference field would be "association".
  • A Multi-reference example - If you offer badges to certain companies in the hall of fame you could reference the badge to the company. In other words, you can say "give 10+ years in business" badge to Company A, B, and C.
  • We will develop a structure to be able to make splash pages as we go. This will make it much cheaper in the long run to pursue ideas related to MLM that you'd like to fall under DSS.
  • Lead Automation - We will have a viewer submit information (e.g. email) and that data will go through to a CRM or spreadsheet (e.g. automate marketing communications on sign up). We can use your free offer to drive leads and build contact lists. More information on lead automation below.
  • In-Browser Editing - This means you will be able to edit text, missions, products, and more directly from your browser to publish changes in real-time. We will provide a complete training manual on how to utilize in-browser editing.
  • Custom Animations – We will use subtle animations for attention grabbers. Animations are used to guide a user’s eyes to a certain part of the screen. I believe we can improve the current animations to be able to predict the users journey. The new layout will just use animation as a way to encourage certain behavior.
  • SEO Focused - We will build the website after detailed keyword research. We will send you the SEMrush report, but we let you know what the data means (as we talked about). In short, the goal is to analyze what people are searching for in the industry, and then capitalize on those terms. The fact your domain is one is a WINNER!
Part II - The Solution
The Solution

Developing a website that has several collections within a database to make generating content seamless and scalable. We will approach this similar to the original proposal, but will have a more robust content management system.

Content Management Systems (CMS)

CMS (Which stands for Content Management System) is typically used for enterprise content management and web content management for media and e-commerce websites. We can do this for blogs, events, galleries, the hall of fame, services, and other content. The CMS will have a custom back-end, meaning editors can edit without web knowledge. The CMS will enable you to control, add, edit, and delete what is displayed on the site. Having a robust CMS will help us have an umbrella filled with MLM content all within one database.

Google Tag Manager, Analytics, & Social Pixels- Snippets of code to track valuable user data. This snippet of JavaScript collects demographics, performance data for your websites and ads, and other actionable data.

Automation For Scalability & Growth

We recommend using a customer relationship management system (aka CRM), but we can also build an integration that is compatible with a spreadsheet. When people inquire online all order activity will be automated. Once they are in your CRM we can automate Email & SMS strategy depending on the form they fill out.

Here are some examples -

You are able to automate marketing efforts such as sending a welcome email, a newsletter, or an automated E-book to prospects of the association. You can automate a form for prospective companies to fill out after they inquire about the hall of fame.
