Goals & objectives

This proposal will cover E-commerce sites and setting up a digital store to drive more traffic and sales both online and in store (after all this blows over).

Key Components of the Build
  • Back-end System For Jewelry and other products - We want you to have control of pricing, pictures, discounts, customer accounts, etc. without the need of web knowledge.
  • Back-end System For Resources - Have control over products, content, blogs, accounts, and more all within one back-end.
  • Scheduling & Lead Automation - We will have a customer submit information and that data will go through to a CRM or spreadsheet (e.g. automate marketing communications on sign up).
  • In-Browser Editing - This means you will be able to edit text, products, and more directly from their browser to publish changes in real-time.
  • SEO Focused - I will build the website after detailed keyword research (as we discussed). I want to see what people are searching for in the industry (Attached to the email are some competitors traffic analysis)

The Solution

I recommend building out a back-end for you to easily update prices, develop coupons, build content, account notes, etc. and developing an automation strategy for growth.

Content Management Systems (CMS)

Content Management Systems (CMS) is typically used for enterprise content management and web content management for e-commerce websites. I can do this for product listing pages, categories, resources, and more. All CMS systems will have a custom back-end, meaning editors can edit without web knowledge. The CMS system will enable you to control, add, edit, and delete what is displayed on the site. If you want to build content (e.g. blogging) we can use a database for this as well (no extra development costs). The ability to quickly build content will help you build relative keywords for SEO goals.

Tracking For Strong Analytics To Improve ROI

Site Development Includes the Following Integrations

Google Tag Manager, Analytics, & Social Pixels- Snippets of code to track valuable user data. This snippet of JavaScript collects demographics, performance data for your websites and ads, and other actionable data.

Full Story - Full Story is a tag that enables Google Tag Manager to capture visitors interactions with your website (Video Recording).

Shipping Tracking & Integration - I will build out the shopping cart to include all shopping, accounts, and shipping activity.

Automation For Scalability & Growth

Site Development Includes the Following Automation

Inquiry - I recommend using a CRM (e.g. HubSpot) , but we can also build an integration that is compatible with a spreadsheet. You will not have to touch leads that are generated from the websites unless you wanted to.

CRM - Automate the process of getting leads from the website into your Customer Relationship Management System (e.g. HubSpot CRM).

Marketing - Email & SMS Automation. You are able to automate marketing efforts such as sending a welcome email to new subscribers, sending out a first time buyer coupon, or an automated email.
