Hey, Dr. Beaman! I had a chance to run through the site, and it is pretty simple to navigate.. but that also comes with some downsides.

Goals & objectives

The two major objectives - Create a site in which we can take an effective marketing approach and have a site that you own - building for longevity

Key Components of the Project
  • Strong CTA's - I'd like to implement calls to action on the site based off the search query (e.g. Consult a Chiropractor About Your Accident").
  • Back-end System - A CMS (Content Management System) With Collections For Specific Pages- We want to have control of content through the use of a database rather than making a static site. This is how we will be able to make pages for each specific search query in a time and cost effective way.
  • Animations – We will use subtle animations for attention grabbers. Animations are used to guide a user’s eyes to a certain part of the screen. I believe we can improve the current animations to be able to predict the users journey. The layout will just use animation as a way to encourage certain behavior.
  • SEO Focused - We will build the website after some keyword research. Specifically, "Chiropractic care after...(search term).."
  • Using CMS to utilize individual keywords - "Chiropractor Las Vegas" is completely saturated. With a custom CMS we can seamlessly make landing pages for each one of these specific keywords, that are much less competitive.
  • I would start with auto accident, surgery, pregnancy, and two others that we can discuss.
Part II - The Solution
The Game Plan

Developing a website that has specific calls to action/conversion pages depending on the reasoning of needing a chiropractor. We will encourage the visitor to fill out a free evaluation/consultation/discover call/etc.

Content Management Systems (CMS)

CMS is typically used for enterprise content management and web content management. CMS will be used for a dynamic resource center and specific conversion pages. We want to be able to update this content seamlessly and easily edit after launch. The CMS will allow us to do that. I would design a webpage one time that gets populated dynamically by a database. This is important because we want to be able to target certain reasons for using a chiropractor with specific webpages. The only way to do this in an SEO friendly and cost/time effective way is through a CMS.

Tracking For Strong Analytics To Improve ROI

Site Development Includes the Following Integrations

Google Tag Manager, Analytics, & Social Pixels- Snippets of code to track valuable user data. This snippet of JavaScript collects demographics, performance data for our website and ads, and other actionable data.

Full Story - Full Story is a tag that enables Google Tag Manager to capture visitors interactions with our website (Video Recording).

Automation For Scalability & Growth

I recommend using a customer relationship management system (e.g. HubSpot), but we can also build an integration that is compatible with a spreadsheet. When people inquire online all order activity can be automated. Once they are in our CRM we can utilize communications. I know there will be some manual work as we discussed, but I'll do what I can on my end to make a seamless process.
